Joining the Web Community of Moda Italiana
CNA Federmoda is launching the Web Community of Moda Italiana, a service that allows companies to give a detailed presentation of the competitive advantages of their products and outsourcing methods.
Through the portal, companies can meet virtually, exchange information and initiate business and manufacturing partnerships among them.
At the same time, Italian fashion companies will be able to connect with potential new clients throughout the world through web marketing and other e-commerce tools.
Technological innovation and internationalization are tightly interconnected. CNA Federmoda’s objective is to establish the Portal so that national companies can extend their brand recognition abroad as they expand current markets and explore new business opportunities.
The portal presents companies from all parts of the country and multiple product lines (clothing, knitwear, footwear, leather goods, accessories) and can thereby furnish a complete picture of all areas of specialization and goods.
One can access information on participating companies by sector, product line or manufacturing process.
Operators from abroad have the opportunity to contact directly potential Italian partners to propose business, technological and manufacturing collaborations.
Through the portal, CNA Federmoda and ICE – The Italian Trade Promotion Agency, facilitate the international expansion of Italian companies to selected foreign markets, in line with the strategies and support of the Ministry for Economic Development.
ICE is a governmental organization established to promote, facilitate and develop international expansion of Italian companies, their goods and services, by providing support to both Italian and foreign companies, with particular emphasis on the needs of small and midsize businesses, their consortiums and partnerships.
CNA Federmoda represents and safeguards the interests of textile, clothing, footwear, leather goods, fur, tailoring and eyewear companies, their in-house production and outsourcing. With more than 100 offices in Italy and Brussels, CNA supports and guides these firms by providing them with marketing and promotional activities, training, tech support and innovation management.
